More jobs usually come from improving eligibility—not refreshing constantly or changing account details. Use this quick diagnosis before assuming that your account has a problem.

That difference explains why one person can open Clickworker and see several projects while another sees almost nothing.

Clickworker doesn’t simply hand every registered worker the same job list. Your profile, languages, qualifications, assessment results, location, and the requirements of individual client projects can all affect what appears for you.

And then there is UHRS, which can open another pool of microtasks for eligible Clickworkers.

So if your Clickworker dashboard feels empty, the goal isn’t to find a secret setting that creates work.

It’s to make sure you aren’t unnecessarily excluded from work you could legitimately qualify for.

Here’s what I would check.

Can You Actually Get More Jobs on Clickworker?

Potentially, yes.

But you need to separate two things:

Increasing your eligibility for available jobs

and

increasing the amount of work Clickworker’s clients provide.

You have some control over the first.

You have almost no control over the second.

Clickworker says job availability changes regularly and depends on both general and individual factors. You may see fewer jobs because you haven’t completed relevant assessments, because current projects require specific languages or knowledge, or simply because there isn’t much work available at that moment.

That’s why no method can guarantee you more Clickworker jobs.

What you can do is maximize the opportunities your account is eligible to receive.

1. Complete Your Clickworker Profile

This is the first place I would look if a new account has very few jobs.

Clickworker explicitly says it uses profile information, skills, and qualifications to determine which jobs and assessments are suitable for individual workers.

Missing information can therefore mean missing opportunities.

Complete relevant sections of your profile accurately, including details such as:

• Native language
• Other languages
• Skills
• Areas of knowledge
• Work experience
• Education
• Location
• Payment details
• Other information requested by Clickworker

Don’t treat the profile as an unimportant registration form.

It is part of the platform’s matching system.

2. Don’t Add Fake Skills to Unlock Jobs

Completing your profile does not mean selecting every possible skill.

If you barely speak Spanish, don’t list yourself as highly proficient just because you think Spanish-language jobs might appear.

Clickworker specifically warns that false profile information can result in rejected work and, in serious cases, account suspension.

There is also a practical reason to be truthful.

Getting access to a job you cannot perform accurately isn’t useful.

You may earn a little temporarily, but poor work can damage your ability to continue working on the project.

Fill the profile completely.

Just make sure it’s your real profile.

3. Add Your Language Skills Carefully

Languages can be especially important on Clickworker.

Clickworker says assessments and jobs can depend on the language information in your profile.

If language information is missing, you may not receive all assessments or jobs you could otherwise qualify for.

This matters because Clickworker projects can involve things such as:

• Writing
• Search evaluation
• Categorization
• Text processing
• Data collection
• Language evaluation
• UHRS tasks

Enter your actual native and foreign-language abilities accurately.

And don’t worry if your English isn’t flawless. Different projects require different levels of proficiency.

4. Take the Assessments Available to You

This can make a direct difference.

Clickworker says some projects require workers to successfully complete an assessment before gaining access.

The assessments available to you can depend on:

• Your profile
• Skills
• Previous assessment results
• Work experience
• Project prerequisites

Passing a relevant assessment can therefore unlock additional work.

Check your Assessments section periodically.

Don’t assume the jobs visible on your first day represent everything your account could eventually access.

5. Take Assessments Seriously

There is no benefit in unlocking more assessments if you rush through them.

Some Clickworker qualifications can have strict retake rules.

The UHRS assessment is an especially important example. Clickworker’s current documentation says the English portion requires at least 80%, and the assessment cannot be repeated.

That is not a test I would open casually while watching TV.

Before taking an important assessment:

• Read the instructions
• Make sure you understand what is being tested
• Remove distractions
• Give yourself enough time
• Don’t copy outside material
• Check whether the assessment can be repeated

This may be one of the most important steps for Clickworkers interested in AI-related microtasks.

UHRS is a separate microtask platform that Clickworker provides access to for eligible workers.

• Categorization
• Document validation
• Other small judgment tasks

Clickworker itself recommends checking UHRS when certain categories of work aren’t available directly on its Workplace.

7. Complete the UHRS Assessment If It’s Available

You don’t automatically receive UHRS access simply because you registered with Clickworker.

Clickworker currently requires eligible workers to complete its UHRS assessment.

The assessment includes an English component and account-setup stage. Clickworker says you need at least 80% on the English section to continue.

Once qualified, you may also need to satisfy additional requirements before UHRS access works properly, such as relevant language verification or verified payment details.

So if your goal is to expand beyond the standard Clickworker job list, check whether UHRS qualification is available in your account.

8. What If the UHRS Assessment Isn’t Showing?

Don’t immediately assume something is wrong.

Clickworker says assessments aren’t necessarily available to every new worker immediately.

For the UHRS assessment specifically, Clickworker says availability can depend on completing profile or account requirements such as:

• Language information
• Payment details and verification where applicable
• Tax information where applicable
• Phone verification in supported countries

Other assessments can have their own prerequisites.

Complete the legitimate requirements first.

If everything required is complete and the UHRS assessment still doesn’t appear, Clickworker recommends contacting support.

9. Check Both the Clickworker App and Browser Version

This is an easy one to overlook.

Clickworker’s own support documentation says the app and browser version can offer different kinds of projects.

So don’t assume:

“My app has no jobs, therefore Clickworker has no jobs for me.”

Check both periodically.

Some tasks may be better suited to a phone.

Others may be designed for a computer.

Using both interfaces gives you a better view of the work your account is currently eligible to access.

10. Check the Job List Regularly

Some Clickworker jobs can disappear quickly.

Clickworker’s categorization-job guidance specifically notes that certain jobs can appear without warning and disappear because they’re popular.

That means timing can matter.

You don’t need to refresh the platform every two minutes.

But if you only open Clickworker once every three weeks, you can easily miss short-lived batches.

A reasonable habit is to check when you’re actually available to work.

If a suitable task is there, you can take advantage of it.

11. Understand Why Clickworker Jobs Disappear

Suppose your dashboard says 100 tasks are available.

You complete five.

You return to the job list and everything is gone.

Did Clickworker remove you?

Not necessarily.

Clickworker explains that its available-job list represents a momentary situation.

Other Clickworkers may be completing the same batch at the same time.

So:

100 available jobs

doesn’t necessarily mean:

100 jobs reserved specifically for you.

Other contributors can reduce that number while you’re working.

12. Don’t Confuse “No Jobs” With an Account Problem

An empty Clickworker job list can mean several things.

Clickworker identifies three broad possibilities:

• You haven’t qualified for the currently available projects
• Current projects are intended for specific groups of workers
• There simply isn’t much work available

That last one is important.

You can have:

• A complete profile
• Good assessment results
• UHRS access
• An active account

and still have a slow day.

No profile optimization can manufacture client demand.

13. Your Location Can Affect How Much Work You See

Clickworker operates internationally, but work isn’t distributed equally across every country.

A client may need contributors from a particular market.

For example, a project could require:

• US residents
• German speakers
• Filipino contributors
• People in a specific city
• Native speakers of a particular language

Clickworker says it can even temporarily stop new registrations in countries where it already has enough workers for the available workload or where client demand is very low.

So don’t compare your dashboard too closely with someone living in another country.

You may technically be using the same platform while being eligible for completely different projects.

14. Your Native Language Can Affect Available Work

Language isn’t only about whether you can understand task instructions.

Some projects specifically need native speakers.

A search-evaluation project, for example, may require local language and cultural understanding.

A speech project may need people with a particular accent.

A text project may need contributors from one linguistic market.

This means another Clickworker having more jobs than you doesn’t automatically indicate that their account is better.

They may simply match a client requirement that you don’t.

15. Build a Good Work History

Passing the assessment gets you through the door.

Quality helps you stay there.

Clickworker says its qualification system includes not only profile information and assessments but also evaluation of completed work.

So once you receive jobs, don’t become so focused on completing as many as possible that accuracy collapses.

Read instructions.

Pay attention to examples.

Don’t guess when the task gives you a rule you can apply.

And if the project includes training or test tasks, treat those seriously too.

Some Clickworker projects determine eligibility through training and test tasks within the job itself.

16. Don’t Rush Just Because the Task Pays Per Job

Microtask work can create an obvious temptation:

More tasks completed = more money.

But only if the work is accepted.

If rushing causes poor-quality submissions, you may lose access to the project or have work rejected.

Speed should come after understanding.

Your first few tasks on a new project may be slower.

That’s fine.

Learn the rules first.

17. Look for Jobs That Include Training or Test Tasks

Not every Clickworker qualification appears in the Assessments section.

Clickworker says some projects—such as certain web-research work—can determine eligibility using training and test tasks built directly into the job.

So don’t assume:

“No new assessments = nothing new I can qualify for.”

Read available project descriptions.

A job itself may contain the path to qualification.

18. Use UHRS as an Additional Source, Not a Guaranteed Job Supply

Unlocking UHRS can broaden your options.

But I wouldn’t describe it as a solution to all Clickworker task shortages.

Clickworker explicitly says it does not control the workload or types of projects available on UHRS.

UHRS workload can vary according to:

• Client needs
• Project requirements
• Location
• Native language
• Foreign-language skills
• Qualifications

Some days may have plenty of HitApps.

Other periods may have very little.

So qualifying for UHRS gives you another place to look.

It does not give you guaranteed work.

19. Check UHRS Regularly If You Have Access

If you’re already qualified, remember that the Clickworker job list doesn’t tell you exactly how much work is currently available inside UHRS.

Clickworker says its own Workplace does not know whether UHRS currently has HitApps available for you.

The UHRS access link can therefore remain visible even when the actual UHRS marketplace is empty.

You’ll need to enter UHRS to see what is really available.

20. Remember the Current UHRS Access Process

Clickworker currently requires you to access UHRS through your Clickworker account.

Once qualified, you can use the UHRS job in the Clickworker Workplace or the UHRS banner and then sign in using the Microsoft account connected during qualification.

Clickworker says UHRS access is currently enabled for eight hours at a time.

After that period, you need to renew access through Clickworker.

If you think your UHRS account suddenly stopped working, check whether your access session simply expired before assuming you lost qualification.

21. Complete Payment and Account Requirements

This isn’t exciting, but incomplete account details can create unnecessary restrictions.

For example, Clickworker’s current UHRS guidance says verified payment details can be required before you can see the UHRS job.

Depending on your country and account, other information may also be necessary.

Make sure the basic administrative side of your account is finished.

You don’t want to pass a useful assessment and then discover that an incomplete setup step is preventing access.

22. Don’t Create Multiple Clickworker Accounts

If you’re getting very little work, starting another account is not a legitimate workaround.

Keep your account information truthful and follow Clickworker’s platform rules.

Trying to manipulate your profile or create misleading information to access jobs can put the account you already have at risk.

A slow dashboard is frustrating.

A suspended account is worse.

23. Should You Use a VPN to Get More Clickworker Jobs?

Don’t disguise your location to access projects intended for another market.

Country and location can be part of project eligibility for a reason.

If a client wants contributors from Germany, pretending to be in Germany doesn’t make you a suitable German-market contributor.

Use your real location and work only on projects you’re legitimately eligible for.

24. Why Did You Pass a Clickworker Test but Still Get No Jobs?

Because qualification and workload are two separate things.

An assessment answers:

Are you qualified for this type of work?

It doesn’t answer:

Does a client have enough of this work available today?

You can pass and still see nothing because:

• The project has no current batch
• Other workers finished the tasks
• Client demand dropped
• Your location has little current workload
• The project is temporarily inactive

25. What If Clickworker Used to Give You Jobs and Suddenly Stopped?

That’s another slightly different situation.

First, look for:

• New assessments
• Account notifications
• Project messages
• Quality feedback
• Profile changes
• Verification requirements

Then consider whether the project simply ran out of work.

Clickworker explicitly says jobs can disappear because other workers are completing the same task pool and job availability isn’t guaranteed.

26. Can You Make Clickworker Your Full-Time Job?

I would be cautious about planning around guaranteed Clickworker hours.

The platform itself says workload changes and job availability cannot be guaranteed.

That makes Clickworker easier to understand if you think of it as project-based freelance microtask work, rather than an employer promising you a fixed weekly schedule.

There may be periods with attractive workloads.

There may also be periods when almost nothing suitable is available.

You don’t have to abandon Clickworker just because it’s quiet.

But relying entirely on one task marketplace makes you dependent on its current client workload.

Then check the Assessments area.

If UHRS qualification is available and relevant, prepare for it rather than rushing.

Check both the app and browser.

Make sure payment and verification requirements are complete.

Then monitor the platform periodically.

If suitable work appears, do it carefully.

If no work appears despite everything being complete, accept the possibility that there simply isn’t much client demand for your profile at that moment.

After that, some of the outcome belongs to the market.

There will be busy periods.

There will be empty dashboards.

And sometimes a project will disappear faster than you expected because hundreds of other Clickworkers are looking at the same pool of tasks.

You can’t control that part.

But when new work does arrive, you want your account to be one of the accounts qualified to see it.

Creating a OneForma account is the easy part.

That means randomly clicking Apply on every available project is not a particularly good strategy.

Step 1: Create Your OneForma Account

Start by creating an account through OneForma’s official website.

OneForma’s current account creation process asks you to provide an email address, create your account information, verify your email using a one-time code, and accept the required agreements.

You may also be prompted to add additional account-security options.

Use accurate information from the beginning.

This is not the place to experiment with a fake country, alternate identity, or exaggerated qualifications just because you think another profile might receive more projects.

Your location and other profile information can affect job eligibility later.

Step 2: Don’t Stop After Registration

This is probably the first beginner mistake I would avoid.

Creating the account does not mean your OneForma profile is ready for jobs.

OneForma’s current onboarding guidance specifically tells new contributors to complete the setup actions shown on their dashboard and build an accurate profile before looking for suitable projects.

Think of registration as opening the door.

Your profile is what tells the platform what work you may actually qualify for.

Step 3: Complete Your Profile Properly

OneForma uses profile information to match people with appropriate jobs.

So don’t treat profile completion like optional paperwork.

Fill in the sections that genuinely apply to you, including areas such as:

• Country or region
• Time zone
• Languages
• Skills
• Education
• Work experience
• Software knowledge
• Contact information
• Other requested profile information

The platform states that profile completeness significantly affects job matching.

That makes sense.

If OneForma does not know that you have a particular language, skill, or professional background, its matching system has less information to use when deciding which opportunities to show you.

This deserves its own warning.

OneForma currently allows contributors to specify native and spoken languages, and language information plays an important role in matching contributors with language-related projects.

According to OneForma’s current profile instructions, a submitted Native Language cannot simply be modified or removed afterward.

So don’t select a language merely because you speak it reasonably well.

Native and fluent are not necessarily the same thing.

There is little value in claiming advanced expertise if the project later requires you to pass a certification that tests it.

OneForma says professional background and education information help it assess contributors for advanced jobs.

Some opportunities may even require a particular degree level or Expert Talent qualification.

Other projects may not require formal credentials at all.

The important part is to make sure OneForma can see the qualifications you actually have.

If you have relevant professional experience, don’t leave that section blank just because you’re applying for freelance online work.

The AI training industry increasingly includes specialized projects where real-world domain knowledge matters.

Step 7: Upload Your Resume When Appropriate

Some OneForma jobs require a resume.

OneForma’s current application system can check whether you already have the required resume uploaded to your profile. If a particular job requires one and you haven’t provided it, you may not be able to continue the application.

Keep the resume accurate and relevant.

You don’t need to pretend you’ve already worked as an AI evaluator if you haven’t.

Transferable skills can still matter.

Research, writing, language proficiency, analytical work, attention to detail, data handling, and professional expertise can all be relevant depending on the project.

Step 8: Set Up Required Verification

Certain OneForma projects require additional verification before you can apply.

Depending on the opportunity, this can include:

• Phone verification
• Identity verification
• Other eligibility checks

OneForma’s current identity-verification process can require a valid government-issued ID and a selfie/identity check.

Not every job necessarily uses exactly the same pre-check requirements.

The application itself should show you what needs to be completed.

Step 9: Set Up Your Payment Method

Don’t wait until after completing paid work to think about getting paid.

OneForma currently supports payment options that vary according to location and account type. Its profile documentation lists Payoneer, PayPal, and Tipalti among the options available to global users, while availability can differ by country.

Your payment method needs to show the correct connected status for payouts to work properly.

So I would take care of payment setup early instead of leaving it until you have earnings waiting.

Step 10: Go to the Jobs Section

Once your profile is in good shape, start looking at available opportunities.

OneForma’s Jobs area displays opportunities matched to your profile and provides filters that can help narrow them by criteria such as:

• Job type
• Title
• Region
• Language

The projects you see can depend partly on your profile.

This is another reason completing your account properly matters.

Step 11: Look at the Job Requirements Before Applying

Do not apply based solely on the title.

Open the project and read the complete description.

OneForma’s current job cards can display information such as the job name, compensation structure, application deadline, region requirements, and language requirements.

Before clicking Apply, ask yourself:

Am I in the required country or region?

Do I have the required language?

Do I have the required certification?

Does the project require experience or a degree I don’t have?

Can I realistically perform the tasks?

Five careful applications are more useful than 50 applications to projects you’re automatically ineligible for.

Step 12: Prioritize Jobs That Actually Match You

OneForma uses a matching system based on profile information.

Some jobs can even appear with an Invited label when the platform has identified you as a potential match.

OneForma says these invited jobs generally have a higher acceptance rate and recommends applying to them first.

That does not guarantee acceptance.

But it is a useful signal.

Rather than treating every project equally, start with opportunities where your location, language, skills, and background line up naturally.

Step 13: Complete the Pre-Check

When you apply, OneForma may run a pre-check before letting you proceed.

This can verify different things depending on the job, including:

• Location
• Resume
• Phone verification
• Identity verification
• Languages
• Education
• Professional qualifications
• Certifications

If you don’t satisfy a mandatory requirement, the application may stop there.

That is why profile preparation comes before mass-applying.

Step 14: Do Not Use a VPN to Pretend You’re Somewhere Else
